How to solve DNS Server Not responding Problem


While surfing the internet, suddenly you get an error "DNS server not responding", and your internet stops working, and you cannot connect to the web. This error is annoying, so here we are listing the steps that you can follow ways to Solve DNS Server Issue.

Resolution 1:

Turn off your router and remove the power cord and turn off the computer. Wait for a few seconds and connect the power cord again, this method will work sometimes, but if it is not working then try resolution no. 2 for How to fix DNS Server Not responding Problem.

Resolution 2:

By following the steps provided below, you can change the DNS server manually :
1: Open the Network Connections. Now press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and choose Network Connections option.
2: Locate your network connection, click right on it and choose Properties from the menu.
3:  Window will open for Properties, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click the Properties button.
4:  Use the following DNS server addresses option.
For Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8.
For Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4.
you can also use
 220.220 as Alternate DNS server.
5: Click OK to save the changes.
6: Now disconnect the internet and connect it again.
